| Mr G. D. Mundhra began his corporate career way back in 1939 when he joined the Hukum Chad Jute Mills in Sales Department as a young graduate under late Mr. K.P. Goenka, the then Chairman of M/s. Duncan Bros. |

| Subsequently he joined his own father’s raw-wool business and finally went on to create a long standing career at Burma Shell. After operating the independent agency of Burma Shell at Delhi till 1975, our founder set up diverse businesses in cement, chemicals, and machinery. |

| Largely due to Mr Mundhra’s efforts, the Mundhra Group is today a fast growing and diversifying group. We are currently headquartered in New Delhi at Pitampura. |

| Till date the Mundhra Group has been associated with several prestigious principals like Burma Shell, DP/Earnshaw Ltd. U.K, Graphite Vicarb India Ltd., Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., Color Service (GmbH) and Nirma Limited to launch and distribute several flagship products since 1948. |
