| Mr G. D. Mundhra began his corporate career way back in 1939 when he joined the Hukum Chand Jute Mills in Sales Department as a young graduate under late Mr. K.P. Goenka, the then Chairman of M/s. Duncan Bros. Subsequently he joined his father’s raw-wool business and finally went on to create a long standing career at Burma Shell. After operating the independent agency of Burma Shell at Delhi till 1975, our founder set up diverse businesses in cement, chemicals and machinery. |

| In recent developments, the Mundhra Group has become channel partners for Vikram Cement, under the aegis of the Aditya Vikram Birla Group. Moreover, we have formed Sri Diwan POP under the umbrella of G. D. M. Sons. Being a truly diverse entrepreneurial group that we are, we have a retail outlet Muskan Sarees & Lehangas. |

| Till date the Mundhra Group has been associated with several prestigious principals like Burma Shell, DP/Earnshaw Ltd. U.K, Graphite Vicarb India Ltd., Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., Color Service (GmbH), GHCL and Nirma Limited. We have launched and distributed several flagship products in association with such companies since 1948.
